This movement is all about articulation, control, coordination and finding length through the spine, not just getting your legs over your head. When done well, it can feel incredibly satisfying and leave you walking out of class feeling taller and more connected.

We live in a world that competes for our attention.
Screens. Notifications. Emails. Messages. Noise!

Many of us spend our days consuming information and reacting to distractions, with very little opportunity to connect with ourselves.
When we created Revive, we wanted to offer something different, not just a workout, but a space to reconnect.

A space where movement is guided by experienced instructors, not technology.
Because we're not trying to teach you to copy movement.
We're trying to help you understand it.

Through skilled instruction, you learn to listen, feel and move with awareness. You develop a deeper connection between your mind and body.
That's why we've intentionally kept our classes small. With just 8 reformers, our instructors can teach, observe and support each individual. Our team brings experience from physiotherapy, personal training, rehabilitation and specialist Pilates education.

The greenery, the calm atmosphere, the smaller class sizes, none of it is accidental.
A place to disconnect from technology.

Fun fact: Reformer Pilates was created by a man... for men!

Joseph Pilates developed his method during World War I (originally called Contrology) to help injured soldiers rebuild strength, mobility and control. The Reformer was designed to improve full-body strength, stability, flexibility and speed recovery.

Somewhere along the way, Pilates became seen as “women’s fitness” but elite male athletes have used it for decades to improve performance and prevent injury.

If you lift weights, run, play sport or sit at a desk all day, Reformer Pilates can help you move better, improve mobility and stay injury-free.

Strong isn’t just about how much you can lift, it’s about how well your body moves.

As the mornings get darker and the temperatures drop, this is usually the time of year classes get a little quieter… but honestly? It’s one of the BEST times to come. 🤍

Winter classes bring a different kind of energy, calmer mornings, cozy movement, and that feeling of doing something so good for yourself when it would be easier to stay under the blankets.

There’s something special about moving your body when it’s cold outside. Walking into a warm studio, stretching out stiff muscles, building strength, improving posture and leaving feeling grounded, energised and proud you showed up.

So if you’ve been thinking about starting, getting back into routine or simply craving movement through the colder months, this is your sign. We’ll save you a reformer ✨
