Short Spine in Straps… the exercise everyone seems to either LOVE or HATE. 😅
But when it finally clicks and you find the right connection, rhythm and control, it feels so good.
This movement is all about articulation, control, coordination and finding length through the spine, not just getting your legs over your head. When done well, it can feel incredibly satisfying and leave you walking out of class feeling taller and more connected.
