A calm, light, beautiful space designed to accommodate you. Where you can come to leave the outside world behind to reset and leave feeling better than you came.

You'll find us upstairs, 105 Rutherford Street Central Nelson (next to McDonalds). We have a kitchenette, bathroom and a super comfy couch for you to decompress on pre and post class.
