Introducing the newest addition to our timetable!

Our Little Rollers sessions run 9-9:45am Sundays during term time (pause for the school holidays). First session for the term is Sunday 26th of April.

Little Rollers sessions are where tiny humans burn energy, build confidence, and learn the basics of movement… with you right there beside them.

Our Little Rollers sessions are all about fun, connection, and controlled chaos (the good kind). Think climbing, rolling, balancing, and a whole lot of giggles— all while learning body awareness, coordination, and early grappling skills.

No experience needed. Just bring your little person, a sense of humour, and be ready to get involved.

Because it’s never too early to start forging strong, capable little rollers.

You’ll learn the foundations — essential techniques, escapes, submissions — while building confidence and skill in a supportive environment.

Two Years 🥰🥳

We’re incredibly proud to hit this milestone and even more excited for what’s ahead.

A massive thank you to everyone who makes up Team Forge — our members, our coaches, the parents working quietly behind the scenes, our wider supporters, and the incredible gyms we share competition and camaraderie with. You all push us to grow, to improve, and to better ourselves.

We truly couldn’t do this without you.

Thank you to all those who joined us today for our celebrations, it was a pleasure to share many rolls, yarns and laughs with you all. Extra special shout out to for making the trip and joining us for another quintet!

Kids and Youth classes return for 2026!! 🤩

We are super excited to welcome the kids back to the Forge for Term 1! Kicking off Monday 2nd of Feb!
