Following last weeks announcement to our members, 9Round Dunedin will have it's last workout on Saturday 28 September.

We want to thank everyone for their support 💚. I've enjoyed training you all. I've also enjoyed getting to meet some of the most awesome people in Dunedin. I feel so privileged to have been part of your health journey.

As you are aware, we did have the gym on the market. This was due to some health issues which mean that I am unable to keep up with running a business moving forward. Thank you all for your understanding.

As I wish to celebrate the fantastic times I've shared with you all, I invite you to Noisy Brewery on Friday 27 September, from 6.30pm onwards. Come and have some great yarns, laughs and hopefully a boogie 😁 .

Congratulations to CathyB for taking out the August MyZone Leaderboard 👏😍 Cathy set herself the goal of reaching 8000 meps last month and she made it happen, through great consistency and hard work 💪 Keep killing it Cathy ❤️

An awesome effort to those who made the top 10, you all work so so hard and we are very proud of the effort you put in each session 👊 It is now Challange month and we can't wait to see what you all bring. Set yourself a monthly target, let us know in club and let the fun begin 🤩

⚖️ In-Body Scans this Friday - 30th Aug ⚖️

Adain will be back in on Friday morning to do our pre In-Body scans before we kick off our 30 day challenge 💪 If you have booked a time slot please arrive on time all prepared with lightweight clothing, do not consume any food or coffee beforehand, and if your planning on working out make sure it's after you have completed your scan 😄

If you haven't booked a time yet and want to participate, please get in touch before Friday and we will let you know what spots we have left available 😎

What a pleasure to have one of my students in for a workout 🔥🥊. Tarzan currently teaches Parkour at the Vogel St Gymnastics Academy, and treated us to some burpee backflips 😬.

What a great session. And we managed to fit a bit of an ‘out-of-class’ PT lesson in there 🙂.
