Without weight lifting you are always going to look ‘skinny fat’
Even with years of education, experience and 100’s of clients, I trialled and tested this unintentionally.
Couple more kg I thought, but realistically even with the muscle mass I persevered I was never going to achieve the lean toned look.
With the move, focus totally on my work and more, training was not up to par and took the fall.
If I lost a couple more kg, it would have been another couple kg, I would have to stoop low 60’s to look relatively lean, and that would be without any shape, no glutes legs hips, b***s lol.
When I can look the exact same at heavier weight, with curves, shape and keep my b***s somewhat hahahah
Not everyone likes weight lifting, and I’m going be bold enough to say it’s because you haven’t done it consistently for long enough, or been following programmes that would make you hate yourself and the gym.
If you have a large amount of weight to lose, you are going to need weight lifting to give you back any shape or tone, I myself have loose skin. The only thing that changed the appearance of that is weights.
Aside from the aesthetics, weights are only thing that puts load onto our joints/bones, skeletal function and muscle mass loss starts at age 25 as women…
I don’t know about you but I want to extend my years of pain free movement and get off the ground on my own at 60.
Start today, not soon, not later, not next week. Your physical health isn’t going to wait till you start.
