We've all been there. A ni**le, an injury keeps you off the pitch/court or whatever sport.
Some injuries are unavoidable for example contact injuries.

But as for non contact injuries while not completely avoidable the risk can be reduced by taking small steps in your preparation.

As and S&C professional I believe injury reduction is priority second to performance. For example being the most explosive athlete is no good it you're constantly injured.
