Motivation gets you started. It is like putting the keys in the car to start the engine. Consistency is key to achieving your goals. During this training block I had numerous races that didn’t go the way I expected.

Yesterday it all came together.

Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. There are two parts to that. You got to keep going after a race. It is going to be just as hard the next time, but it is worth it. The hard things, the really good things in life, are really hard to get, but they are worth it.

I enjoyed the victory yesterday, but I am back to work today, to keep grinding.

Looking forward to see what I can produce at the Dublin City Marathon.

Would you like to start the summer fit, but training alone is not your thing? Then you've come to the right place!πŸ€—

In my outdoor workout we train together in a group, which is very motivating and a lot of fun πŸ’ͺ🏼

What is being trained there?
β€’ Strength (body weight/kettlebells/bands)
β€’ Persistence
β€’ Agility
β€’ Balance
β€’ ...and much more
