Taking the time to process this conference 2026 held and organised superbly by and hosted by in Athens, Greece

An enormously diverse group of teachers, each with their own backgrounds , influences , personalities, intersubjectivity and experience in Pilates.

I was personally struck by the warmth, openness, willingness to share and welcoming atmosphere at this conference. The workshops on offer made it difficult to choose which to attend.

Moments like these, shape and form us as teachers and impacts how we transfer nuanced knowledge to our clients.

Forever grateful that we get to do this for a living

Our long-term, super dedicated client Mary, is preparing her body and mind for a long walk to raise money for charity.

Pilates at Breathe has been integral to Mary‘s health and well-being for many years and she has constantly utilised the method of Pilates to keep her strong and fit.

This 100km long walk between Vigo and Santiago is part of the Camino de Santiago path in Portugal. It takes place from the 14th to 21st March.

She will be joining an incredible group from Sheffield who are fundraising for the Archer Project and Choir With No Name. Both of these charities help support people who are experiencing homelessness.
