Introducing the 6 month How to Take Charge of your Life programme.

Back in Feb I ran a workshop on taking charge of your life. Some of what people said afterwards: "The language we use is really powerful." "I am making small changes... approaching life with more lightness." Turns out one afternoon wasn't enough.

This isn't a nice afternoon out and nothing changes after. New beliefs, new habits, old patterns gone. It changes the lens you think through, not just what you think — that's the difference.
