Louise trained as a Pilates instructor following ten years of her own practice, which all started after receiving treatment for back pain following her second child. Louise trained with Modern Pilates and obtained a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates and has since worked for four well respected pilates studios and physiotherapists in Sheffield, quickly building a reputation for her caring, friend

ly and individualised approach. Louise is keen to carry on learning about Pilates and the human body and has recently completed a Spinal Conditions course. Louise really enjoys helping people achieve their wellness goals through the power of Pilates! Before training as a Pilates instructor, Louise worked in the Arts as an Event Manager, as a full time mum, and a bookkeeper to a family business. Sometimes the hardest part is simply turning up. And when you do, I’ll take care of the rest. 🙂

That’s why my online membership includes four live classes every week, along with a huge library of recordings for the days when life doesn’t quite go to plan.

You don’t have to think about what exercises to do, find a workout online, or motivate yourself to exercise alone. Your class is already there, waiting for you.

When Pilates has a regular place in your week, it’s much easier to stay consistent. And consistency is what leads to stronger muscles, better mobility, improved balance and a body that feels more comfortable to live in.

You don’t need more motivation. You just need a class to turn up to. 💖

I got a lovely text from Liz after the morning class on Monday ❤️

I think lots of us know that crunchy and grumpy feeling when we haven’t moved for a few days! I was exactly the same as Liz before I got on the mat to teach on Monday morning.

One of the things I love about our classes is that it doesn’t take long to notice a difference, both mentally and physically.

Sometimes just one class can leave you feeling more comfortable in your body and motivated to keep going…as well as a little less grumpy 🥰😁

Harry showing us how to use it or lose it 💛💪

At 90, he’s out in the sunshine with his Nordic walking sticks - walking tall, staying steady, and moving with confidence.

They give him a little bit of balance support and mean he isn’t stooping over, helping him stay upright, open through the chest, and looking ahead instead of down.

This is exactly why we do what we do in class.

We build strength, balance and mobility now so that we can enjoy an active and independent life in years to come.

It’s never too late to start but we might as well start now 🥰
