From beginner lessons at the nearby snow domes, to individual coaching from our own GB team members and qualified instructors, every level is catered for. ape. We meet at Bar One at the Union every other Wednesday at 5.45pm (Coaches leave at 6!) for skiing, bi-monthly. Don't fancy skiing? Then come and have a drink and a chat! Every other Wednesday we'll be holding our legendary socials, so keep your eyes peeled for details and most importantly: get involved! The highlight of our year is the winter varsity ski trip in January - Ashes to Alps. Imagine the best night out you’ve ever had, then imagine it’s on the snow covered slopes of an alpine resort with 500 other students, copious amounts of French beer and jaeger bombs and the prospect of skiing all day every day for 6 days! Sound like the best sort of carnage you can have? You will even have the change to represent the uni in winter varsity events to earn vital varsity points.
