Term Time Training at Goodwin Studio Monday 18:00-20:00, Thursday 20:00-22:00 Doesn't matter if you're a student or not! Then £3.50 per session.

We are part of The Jiu Jitsu Foundation, the largest Jiu Jitsu organisation in the country, and you can join at any session! We pride ourselves on our focus to self-defence, but every session is tailored to the audience and will involve all members. Training times:
- Monday 18:00 - 20:00
- Thursday 20:00 - 22:00

Where: Studio 1, Goodwin Sports centre, Northumberland Road, S10 2TY

After grading, we’re heading to the Hideaway on the 6th of December at 7:30pm! We will move to the beaten track, for our second stop :)

Atemis is over! What a fantastic weekend for everyone and it is so great to see clubs from all over come together. 🥋✨

Huge well done to TianTian, who secured 4th place in the novice category at her first ever nationals! 🌟

And a massive congratulations to Sensei Sophie for taking home the bronze medal in the dark blues category! 🥉

It was a weekend full of brilliant jitsu, and we can’t wait to see everyone again at Randooris 26!!! 💥

Had such a great time at the jitsu GIAG this week! Forgot to take a photo on the first (and bigger) night 😅 but managed to grab one on the second smaller one — oopsies, still learning the ropes as social sec 😅💪 Thanks everyone for such a fun couple of nights, hope to see you all again soon! 🥋❤️

I’m super excited to kick things off with a Jiu Jitsu crew bowling social at Tenpin on Tuesday 7th Oct!

✨ Details:

£7 each for 2 games (only £3.50 per game!)

½ price drinks available 🍻

Meeting at 7:00 PM in Tenpin

This will be a fun and relaxed way to hang out off the mats, meet new people, and get to know each other better. Whether you’re a pro bowler or someone who spends most of the night in the gutter (me 😭), it’s all about laughs, vibes, and spending time together.

A huge shoutout to Sensei Anna for her massive accomplishment!
She has been awarded the rank of Secondary Tutor in the TJJF, and we couldn’t be prouder!!!

This means Sensei Anna’s not only an amazing martial artist, but also officially recognized for her leadership, teaching skills, and commitment to helping others grow on the mats.

Whether she’s guiding us through techniques, offering quiet encouragement, or pushing us to be our best, she leads with heart, patience, and serious skill.

We’re so lucky to have her, congrats Sensei!
