We train hard at Build. But we train properly.

Controlled reps. Smart loading. Clear structure. Every session has a purpose.

You should leave feeling worked, challenged, and better than when you walked in. Not battered and broken.

If every session wrecks you, you cannot train consistently at a high enough level to improve. And consistency is where the magic happens.

We are here to build you up, week after week.
