**6 WEEK SHRED HALF WAY UPDATE**
Program: 6 Week Shred
Duration: 21 Days (half way)
To make this half way transformation even more impressive, the client has only been on program for 14 days, she was on holiday the second week for 7 days OFF PLAN!
As a well established, results driven program, it was hugely important we were able to share these photos.
This client has excelled in such a short space of short space of time, rapid impact and full commitment 14 out of 21 days.
We have designed a diet plan which is structured, easy to follow and won’t break the bank.
This is key to motivate members to stay on track and try to embed new lifestyle changes quickly.
Training in small groups suits those who need to rebuild confidence, learn weights and build fitness levels safely, it’s also great fun and will push you that little harder.
We couldn’t be more proud of this members half way results and know that there is something special on the horizon, after all she’s committed to another shred after this one.
