Training elite athletes 🏆
One thing I’ve learned from training top athletes?
You Rarely have to coach effort.
You can refine technique.
You can adjust training types.
You can introduce new exercises to chase those crucial 2–3% gains that make all the difference.
But when it comes to showing up, working hard, and self motivation, the best athletes already have that covered.
