Niki's Dance Fitness Offering community based group fitness classes in Maidenhead. Get fit and have fun! After checking in we darken the room, get the lights going and warm up.

Easy to follow dance routines to club anthems from 90's to today with glow sticks and disco lights!! A dance fitness class with easy to follow routines to club classics from the 90's to now. Then we dance, laugh and sweat our way through club classics waving our arms in the air like we just don't care! Wear sports gear or loose clothing, trainers (no heels please) and a water bottle and a small towel. It doesn't matter if you think you can't dance, easy to follow routines make it easy for everyone to enjoy. You can be a complete fitness freak or a beginner - take it at your own level. See you on the dance floor.

Happy New Year everyone, hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas, spending time with family and friends.

Our classes will recommence on Monday 5th January and Wednesday 7th January at St Edmund Campion School, 7.15 - 8.15 p.m.

Our final class for 2025 has taken place.

We would like to thank each and everyone of you for your support over the last year. Your smiling faces, enthusiasm and laughter has made it all worthwhile.

Have a wonderful Christmas with your families and loved ones and we will see you in 2026.

Friday 2nd January, book early as the classes are likely to be extremely busy.
