Most people walk into a room full of strangers and wing it.

I used to do the same.

What changed wasn’t my confidence. It was my understanding of how people actually work - what drives them, what puts them off, and why the same message lands differently depending on who’s hearing it.

This morning I had the privilege of speaking at BNI Elmbridge. A room full of driven business owners, all there to grow and connect.
