Surrey Rugby is reminding all clubs, parents, coaches and supporters that respect is at the heart of our game.

Whether it’s an Under 7s festival, a youth fixture or a senior league match, the same standards apply.

✅ Encourage the players – Be positive, supportive and respectful.

✅ Respect match officials – Decisions may not always go your way, but abuse is never acceptable.

✅ Let coaches coach – Allow players to learn, develop and enjoy their rugby.

✅ Respect the opposition – Rivalry belongs on the pitch, not in abusive exchanges on the touchline.

🚫 Zero tolerance for abuse, intimidation, threats or discrimination.

Poor touchline behaviour can have serious consequences, including disciplinary action where appropriate.

🏉 ONE GAME. ONE COMMUNITY. SHARED VALUES.
