As we start off the 2026-27 Surrey Rep Rugby season tomorrow night with the first U16 Girls trials, a reminder that - although we have a Team Manager and Head Coach for each team - we also have John in place heading up the Age Grade programme 👋

With the ongoing dry weather creating exceptionally hard playing surfaces across the country, it's more important than ever to carry out a thorough risk assessment before every training session and match.

Taking a few minutes to assess ground conditions can help identify potential hazards and reduce the risk of injury. Referring to our guidance will support clubs, coaches, and volunteers in making informed decisions and keeping everyone safe.
