Last game of the season for the Club this Saturday... what a 45th year its been already! The Men have 1 more R.L. adventure to Stafford - for the first time, to face the Midlands Champions in the 'Harry Jepson' Final. London Champion vs Midlands Champion... !! It promises to be a cracker of a game.. 'Come on you Eagles' representing the London and East Mens Premier League. The Eagles Men are looking forward to a well earned away trip this Saturday, after winning the London & East Mens Premier League, last Saturday. The Eagles have qualified for The Harry Jepson Final vs , who are the 2026 R.L. Midlands Champions. A 'grand day out' awaits, which the Eagles are very much looking forward to the adventures... with A 2027 Challenge Cup 1st Round entry being the award for the winning team on Saturday. 10 years in the making... !! Since the re-birth of the Mens Team at the Club, that started with a few old players and a crop of teenagers, encouraged on by recently passed, club mascott, Buddy the Dog.. in the Clubs 45th year.. It meant a wee bit !! and after such good contests vs in the semi Final... and in the Final.. After the 3rd Final in 5 years it was great to secure the London and East Mens Winners trophy in 2026. Thanks to all the clubs in making a great competition in 2026.

What a London and East Mens Premier League Final !! Both teams did not disappoint with 2 evenly matched teams with few errors in the match. It was Elmbridge who settled first though, and raced away to a 22 vs 6 lead... But a well organised Brixton Bulls Rugby League switched the momentum and slowly reeled in the Eagles to within 22 vs 18... with Brixton pressuring the Eagles... However, resilient defence from the Eagles saw them dig in for the last 15 minutes to just pull away 26 vs 18... Well done the Eagles players, coaches, volunteers, supporters and club management in joining the successful U16 Eagles boys to make it 2 vs 0 in 2 Finals this year vs Brixton. Enjoy your R.L.

3rd Final in 5 years for the Men. A tough game is expected, as they always are versus Brixton Bulls Rugby League.. The Squad are up for it, after earning the opportunity and producing some big performances and overcoming a number of challenges this season. The squad is enjoying their R.L. and can't wait to get out there and play.
