This belief derives from person-centred theories that see individuals as whole, resourceful and creative – even when systems put barriers and do not allow us to see this. At the same time, humans are predominantly social, connection and relationships-seeking beings, and I believe in the collective power of groups and organisations to bring change. We work together to help you (re)discover your strengths, finding answers, solutions and direction. Each person can be very different even if their challenges are similar to others’. Facebook is important to connect with interesting people like you. But even the best relationships need some space now and then.

I will be taking a few weeks off over the summer and I will not be active for this period. I will spend time with loved ones, enjoy nature, cook and eat, and read a couple of books.

Most importantly, I will take a healthy distance for everyday routine, so I can come back with new ideas and energy.

Stay well, stay curious and keep working for a better world.

About breaks and staying still.

How do you take a break in a world that keeps spinning?

How do you disconnect when you’re a busy manager, when you are responsible for others?

It’s not easy. But it’s important.

Find your window and take a breather. It can be a month, a week, a day.

(Obviously the longer, the better).

Coaching is a rather simple process, entailing a purposeful interaction between two (or more) people.⁠

I tried to break it down in five simple steps and step 5 is about transformation.⁠

I know that transformation sounds radical and deep. It can be, but it does not have to be.

🌟 Transformation can be small and impactful changes in our every day life. In the ways we relate with others and ourselves; in the ways we work and we lead; in the ways we make decisions and live our values.

It is about change. 🔥

The willingness to change and the steps and actions that are needed to achieve this change. 👣
