It's Touch Tuesday!
Fed up with football, narked by netball, bored by bootcamps, miffed with marathons, hacked off by hockey, annoyed by alliterations....

Head down to OCs tonight in the glorious sunshine for a run around.

Free, no commitment, no contact, touch rugby training. 7.45pm tonight at OCs. All you need is yourself and a pair of trainers.

So, we're not O2 touch but we do play a mean game of stuck in mud.

Touch rugby is the NON CONTACT version of the sport and Tuesday evenings at OCs is the perfect time to learn the sport in a supportive womne only environment. Most of us are newcomers to the sport and all of us are keen to welcome you.

No charge, no preregistration, no commitment. Just turn up with your trainers and be ready to run around.

I had to take the watch off for the match at the end but I think 381 calories is a pretty good effort for a Tuesday night training.
