CLIENT SPOTLIGHT - Sharon 👏🏼🔥
So proud of Sharon and her progress over the last 8 months 💪🏼
Sharon joined our 6 Week Summer Challenge, then doubled down with the Autumn 10 Week Challenge straight after.
Since then she’s kept the habits she built during those two phases, and the results speak for themselves:

• Completely transformed body shape
• Stronger than ever
This is what happens when you stop chasing extremes, focus on simple consistent habits and show up week after week.

Here’s what she had to say about her journey so far:
“I joined OverPower Leeds in August 2023 and I’ve never stuck at anything this long! Which says everything about how incredible it is.
I’ve always been into fitness, mainly running, but I realised that at my age lifting weights is absolutely essential. The 6-week challenge last summer really made me focus on nutrition as well as exercise and gave me the kickstart I needed. I then did the autumn 10-week challenge to push myself even further, and the results speak for themselves. I’m in the best shape and at the lowest weight I’ve been for years.
I’ve tried all the fad diets in the past and the weight always came back on, but the support and guidance from Grant, Jon and James has genuinely changed everything for me. They’ve pushed me to lift more weight than I ever thought I could, and Grant’s constant reminder that ‘it’s showing up and consistency that pays off’ is the best advice I’ve ever taken on board.
The atmosphere they create is positive, motivating and truly welcoming. The group of women around you also make it fun. I absolutely love it and never miss my sessions.
