Huge shoutout to Jo for smashing the London Marathon ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ”ฅ

With an incredible time of 4:01:03! A huge achievement and a testament to months of hard work, consistency and smart training ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

A few more notable achievements, earlier this year Jo also:

- Knocked 10 minutes off a previous course 10-mile PB ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
- Shaved 2 minutes off her overall 10K PB in February ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

โ€œJoining Over Power has been one of the most impactful changes Iโ€™ve made to my fitness routine and the results have been clear in my running performance. Since incorporating consistent strength / functional training into my weekly schedule, not only have my running times improved, but Iโ€™ve also felt stronger, more balanced, and more motivated overall.
Before training with Over Power my progress with running had plateaued. I was putting in the miles but my times werenโ€™t improving and I often battled minor injuries. Starting with Over Power changed everything. The structure, accountability and shared energy pushed me to consistently challenge myself.

Every session is carefully programmed and tracked through our app, ensuring your progress is structured, measurable and tailored to your goals.
