Hey ladies,
How are you all doing. So starting next Monday I thought we could all get involved in a plank challenge. Over the years I always get women asking me about how to reduce weight on their stomachs and the truth is your stomach especially is all about your diet. There really is no quick fix and it is about ensuring you are burning more calories than you are consuming and times of day you eat (i.e not late ideally). Now that does not mean you can't cheat. Coming from a huge chocoholic I managed to drop weight for my last two fights whilst still sneaking in chocolate here and there.
If you have any questions about your diet feel free to message me I am happy to give some advice. I would also highly recommend checking out James Smith PT on insta and FB. He has a no bull approach to weight loss and pulls apart 'influencers' who sprout whatever the latest trending crap is about health and fitness.
So why am I setting you a challenge you may say... Well, clearly given the above I am not suggesting you will loose weight just from the doing the plank BUT its accountability. I know if someone chucks a challenge my way I will get on board but also if I am going to spend 3 minutes of my evening planking I will be less inclined to shove the whole packet of hobnobs down my mouth after :)
