Join the Team at Grove House Stables LLP & I‑PEGASUS CIC
Grove House Stables LLP and I‑PEGASUS CIC are excited to welcome a new Yard Operative/Groom to our friendly, professional, and growing equestrian centre in Nottinghamshire.

As our centre continues to expand, we are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to high standards of horse care. You will be joining a supportive team that delivers riding lessons, equine‑assisted programmes, Pony Club activities, and community‑focused equestrian services.

🔹 About the Role
This is a hands‑on position working with our much‑loved horses and ponies, supporting the smooth running of a busy equestrian centre.
Duties include:
Daily yard tasks (mucking out, turning out/bringing in, feeding, grooming)
Preparing horses for lessons and activities
Assisting coaches and supporting riders of all ages and abilities
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard environment
Working as part of a positive, inclusive team
Upto 35 hours per week to include 2 evenings and 1 weekend day

🔹 About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working with horses in a yard environment
Is hardworking, dependable, and takes pride in their work
Enjoys being part of a team but can also work independently
Has good communication skills and a friendly manner
Shares our values of kindness, safety, inclusion, and professional care
Qualifications are welcome but not essential — the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
