Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a contact combat sport that allows the use of striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground from a variety of other combat sports. We work with everyone from complete beginners to professional fighters and pride ourselves on our knowledgeable instructors and fantastic students. No membership is needed for our classes, just turn up and your ready to
go!
1-2-1 Training Sessions;
1-2-1/2-2-1 private training sessions are available throughout the week at various times. Baby Gorillas (Aged 5-10);
Fun filled session aimed towards building confidence and discipline through martial arts techniques. (Mon & Thu 5pm-6pm - £4)
Teen MMA (Aged 11-15);
Mixed martial arts fundamentals for teens. Great for fitness, confidence and a head start before progressing towards the adult sessions. (Wed 5pm-6pm - £4)
Girls Muay Thai Boxing Class;
Muay Thai is a great way to lose weight, tone up and get fit so why not get fit the fun way with our very own female instructor Michelle Page! This class is aimed at catering for all levels; beginner to advanced. (Mon 6pm-7pm - £4)
Circuit Blast;
Fitness based, high intensity circuit training for all levels. (Fri 6-7pm - £4)
MMA Circuits;
Various MMA drills including pad work and sparring, finished off with a fitness circuit. (Sat 11-12:30am - £4)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu;
Submission grappling for all ability levels. Learn to control and submit combatants while building confidence and fitness. (Mon & Thu 7pm-9pm - £5 2 hour class)
Beginners MMA Basics;
MMA basics for complete beginners. Drills, techniques and fitness to build fundamental MMA skills. (Wed 6pm-8pm - £5 2 hour class)
Adult MMA (16+);
Mixed martial arts covering all aspects of the fight. Great for fitness, strength and confidence. (Tue & Wed 6pm-8pm - £5 2 hour class)
