Unfortunately I'm going to cancel this evenings BootRun 🥾🏃🏻
Whilst myself do enjoy running in the sun and heat. Today is just a tad too warm 🌡️ . Also heat exhaustion/stroke is real and you defo don't want to be suffering from it hours after the run.

This is the last thing I wanted to do today with this only just starting out. But I have to put your safety first. We will be back ready to go in no time.

Good morning, this is for those who are wishing to attend today's BootRun!!

With the weather set to be very hot ☀️ again today. I will be keeping a close eye on the temp 🌡️ and making a judgement call around 4pm as to whether it goes ahead or not.

It's not very pleasant or safe running around in 30c+ for an hour if you're not conditioned too it.
