🎥 A quick message about a fantastic charity event coming up!
On Bank Holiday weekend, Sunday 30th August, we’ll be at The Tiger Bar, Derby, raising money for Cancer Research.
This event is especially close to our hearts. It’s inspired by my wife’s nanna, who is currently fighting breast cancer, and it’s a day to celebrate and support everyone whose lives have been touched by cancer—men and women alike.
There’ll be loads going on throughout the day, including a raffle, charity auction, tombola, and one of the biggest highlights of the day—8 amazing people taking part in Brave the Shave to raise even more money for this incredible cause. They’re doing something incredibly brave, so let’s get behind them and show our support.
My wife and I will be running the tombola stall, so please come over, say hello, have a chat, and help us raise as much money as possible.
For any men who’ve seen my previous videos about my new free men’s fitness class, held every Saturday at 8:15am, which is designed to support men moving forward after cancer, this is also a great opportunity to come and meet me. If you’ve got any questions, want to find out more, or just fancy a friendly chat, please come over and say hello.
Whether you’re coming to support the fundraising, remember someone special, celebrate a survivor, support someone currently fighting cancer, or simply enjoy a fantastic community day, we’d love to see you there.
