Guv hasn’t missed a single session in the past 12 months, consistency has played a massive part in his weight loss. Always giving his all in every session and also a regular in his local gym.

🚨 Transformation 🚨

Pete went into lockdown not being the man he wanted to be. Weighing over 30 stone and with some serious health challenges.
We asked Pete what was the lightbulb moment. He replied “I couldn’t even pick something up off the floor”
With his weekly weigh ins and weekly Personal Training sessions he has lost over 17 stone. Never missed a session and never any excuses. Amazing.
