Evolution Health & Fitness centre is located in the woodland surroundings of Landal Darwin Forest, an award wining lodge holiday park located 4 miles from Matlock and 7 miles from Chesterfield. Evolution Health & Fitness is a £1.5 million purpose built centre that offers something for everyone. It is the perfect place to enjoy serious fitness training or simply unwind and escape from the demands o

f everyday life. The indoor swimming pool is the perfect place to enjoy lane swimming or a relaxing swim with family members. There is also a spa area for over 16s which includes a sauna, steam room, whirlpool bath, rainfall showers and relaxation area. We also have two beauty rooms so you can enjoy a facial or massage during your visit. The layout of our fully equipped gymnasium has been designed by leading industry professionals and includes all the latest equipment to suit a range of abilities and fitness levels. Our qualified instructors will design a fitness programme to suit your individual needs and help you achieve your goals.
