BuggyBabes: the ultimate fitness class for Derby mums!

Lots of you know that I also run fitness classes from our farm near Hilton… and these 3 lovely mums trained with me on the farm in my Small Group classes until pretty close to their due dates!

It’s been lovely seeing them again at a Buggybabes. Alex is joining after her first baby, Lucy after her second, and Lauren after her third!

I hope to see them back on the farm with me when they’re ready in a few months 😊

I put these lovely girls on the spot today whilst we were enjoying our post class ice cream!

On Sunday we’ll be walking over 30 miles to raise money for beautiful Ottilie

Ottilie’s mum Sophie came to Buggybabes and my FarmEx classes and we want to do everything we can to support little Ottie

In May Ottie was taken to the doctors with a small bruise on her head… she was sent straight for a CT scan where she was diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma- a very rare and aggressive childhood cancer

Ottilie will embark on 18 months of chemotherapy, blood transfusions, stem cell transplants, radiotherapy and immunotherapy.

The family are trying to raise £300 000 for potentially life saving treatment and an experimental vaccine in America

We are really hoping you guys will support our walk and help to raise money for Ottie

Our walk on Sunday will be long and tough - especially in this heat. But we know it’s absolutely nothing compared to what Ottilie and her family are going through… and we will get it done to raise as much as we can

Buggybabes is a really lovely way to do some fitness again and meet lots of other new mums. The classes are super friendly and fun… baby gets a nice walk in the park and you get a workout and to do something ‘for you’ again 🩷

A little message for all of my current THURSDAY BUGGYBABES CREW….

On Thursday 25th June we’ll start the class 30 mins early at 9 30am to get finished before the intense heat.

Please remember plenty of water and suncream ☀️ Darley Park has plenty of shady paths and trees to stop and do our exercises under. Today was lovely!

However, if you don’t fancy joining us on Thursday please drop me a message and I can send you an online workout to do as an alternative 😃

And ps - I shall 💯 be joining you for a post workout ice cream this week! Cant wait for this! 🍦
