Make one decision. Choose one thing, one project, one target or one thing you want to change. Make a commitment to master and dominate one goal 💪

You want to win? Then you’re going to have to make a powerful decision and choose one target that your planning to hit with full intensity.

Once you’ve made the decision to change your life, then its time to work 🏃‍♀️

Its time to put in the hard work, its time to take action. Taking action is often the most daunting part for anyone pushing towards a new goal ✅

Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn 💭

Sometimes we make good decisions and sometimes we make bad ones 🤔

But always remember this;
Every choice you make on some level determines the standard you accept for yourself and your life 👊

The standard you are willing to accept will ultimately determine the type of life you end up living.

And most importantly, it’s about making these good and positive decisions consistently.
One good gym session isn’t going to make you fit and one bad meal isn’t going to make you fat. But these choices made consistently day in and day out will make a difference in your life and your standard of living.

We all make mistakes, that's part of life and we don’t always get it right but one thing we can all do is decide what our standard is and what we are willing to accept into our lives.

Raise your standards. You owe it to yourself to only accept what is positive and empowering into your life.

From there you can start to make more informed choices that are aligned with the type of person you want to be and the type of life you truly want to live.

The choice is yours 🙌

It’s time to do what you have been putting off and avoiding. It’s time to feel some pain, push yourself, work hard and get uncomfortable 🏋️‍♀️ Why aren’t you where you want to be?

Many of us have neglected our health, happiness and wellbeing for years; it's easy to feel lost and worn out by the daily grind of life ⚙️

Today, I want you to take a moment to remember that you matter. That your happiness, your dreams and your wellbeing are important to your overall health and performance.

Self-care is not a luxury you get to indulge in every once in a while. But rather a way of life and very much part of being able to perform at a high level in all areas of your life.

It is time to make a shift in how you view yourself and your life. It is time to make yourself a priority so you can function and perform at a level that makes you feel alive, in control and energised 🔋

It's time to stop feeling burnt out, frustrated and unfulfilled.

It’s time to believe in yourself!

One of the worst things you can do is compare your progress and results to someone else’s.

Your progress is your progress 📈
Focus on being a better version of YOU!
The advice here is simple but can be difficult to implement…

One of the biggest issues with fitness on Instagram is that it's so easy to start comparing yourself to others.
It’s always good to see other people doing well, and using their hard work as motivation to smash your goals but you should never compare yourself or your situation to them.

There are two main reasons why you should never compare yourself to others:

1️⃣ You’ll never really know the in’s and out’s of someone else’s journey, especially not if you are basing it solely on 1 Instagram post.
Chances are, they have been doing this a long time and you’re comparing your beginning to their middle or end.

2️⃣ We all have different genetics, bone structures, muscle-building potentials etc. therefore it’s impossible to compare yourself or think you’ll look exactly like someone else.

This is your journey. It’s you vs. you 👊
Keep consistent, keep dedicated ✅

Small progress every day adds up to great things. Stay patient and enjoy yourself during the process 💭

The macro goals are just as important as the micro goals. The best way to find the path to success in anything in life is to find a strong end goal and reverse engineer from there ♻️

Find all the stepping stone micro goals you need to achieve every day to be constantly working towards your end goal ✅

This way you will never lose motivation, you will never lose discipline and you will never feel lost.

Make a plan; physically write down what it is you need to do and go out there and do it. As soon as you write down your goals it makes them real. It makes them achievable 👊

Be committed to bettering yourself each and every day.

You've got to be committed. No matter what you’re doing in life, inside and outside the gym you have to be able to bring a high level of certainty and energy.

You need to have a vision and be committed to that vision 🙌
Having a sense of purpose, being focused and being willing to do whatever it takes are all outcomes of being committed.

You have to be willing to work! Nothing changes without you first putting in in the work 🏃‍♀️

Don’t be impatient or rush the process. Stick it out, enjoy the journey 💭
