What You'll Do
✅ Lead and grow a new restaurant concept
✅ Oversee front-of-house, bar, and guest experience operations
✅ Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
✅ Drive food & beverage sales, profitability, and service standards
✅ Work closely with senior management and the Executive Chef
Requirements
✔ Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, or similar leadership role
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✔ Sound knowledge of food, w**e, cocktails, and premium beverage service
✔ Experience managing labour costs and venue performance
✔ Current RSA certification
✔ Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
