We’ve hosted our first spearfishing competition—the Orcas Cup 2022 on 3rd December. It was a beautiful Saturday and we all enjoyed it immensely. Congratulations to all our spearos for their success and a big shoutout to our sponsors Trudive Australia and Adreno Spearfishing.

Last Saturday, We’ve hosted our first induction session with new members after nearly 2 years of pandemic restriction. Lots of new faces joining the club with passion and skill. We are excited to see the growth of this sport in the Chinese community.

Hooray! Congratulations to Bob McComb on the 19.8 kg win! It’s such a privilege to have Bob represent Sydney Orcas, the one and only Asian background spearfishing club. It’s a milestone for our community, it’s a huge boost for us to continue promoting spearfishing as a sustainable sport in the local Asian community.
