Hi Coogee locals,
We run a friendly, once-a-week boxing session focused on real technique and fitness.
It’s pad-based training (partner drills and coached combinations), so you’re learning proper skills while getting a solid workout. No bags, no ego — just good people training together.
Beginners are absolutely welcome.
