An Iyengar yoga studio in Coogee. Coogee Yoga is an Iyengar yoga studio that opened in April 2017. The studio is situated in the grounds of St Brigid's Parish.

It is a light-filled, warm and welcoming space, dedicated to the Iyengar method of yoga. There is a strong focus on practice based learning with students taught how to develop a safe and systematic progression in to yoga postures. You do not need to be flexible or 'physically' inclined. Following the principles of the yogic method even for a short time will bring you results that can be felt in yo
