Don’t let a dodgy knee be the reason you sit out the trip you’ve been looking forward to.

Strong legs start with knees you can actually trust.

The kind that let you hike the hill, get down on the floor with the kids, and carry the bags up three flights without thinking twice.

That trust comes from building a bit of capacity and range back into the joint, so your knees can handle more than the walk from your car to your desk.

Where you start depends on where they’re stuck right now.

Try these three exercises in your workout routine few times a week and see how your knees feel.

Comment ‘QUIZ’ if your body has been asking for attention.

Most people think fixing stiffness means a new stretch every few weeks. But they’ll sit at a desk for 8 hours and not give their body 30 minutes.

She needs to sort out her priorities 👀 (Guess the movie)

You don’t need 20 drills or a long ass session. What you need is to know where your body stands right now and where to start. And you’ll feel those cracks and pops start disappearing, not just in one spot, your whole body.

That’s exactly what I built this free quiz that gonna give you free mobility assessment and a routine built around your body.

Save this and comment ‘QUIZ’ for the link.

Does your lower back feel stiff when you reach that top shelf?

➡️That deep stiffness after sitting all day,
➡️The ache that pulls into your hips when you get out of bed,
➡️The tension that never fully switches off no matter how much you stretch.

It’s not just wear and tear.

It’s from your back being asked to hold everything together on its own.

Here’s what most people don’t realise:

Your back doesn’t get less stiff by stretching harder, it gets less stiff by getting stronger through every range. Your back muscles are supposed to be trained with the right amount of load for where you’re at.

When those stop doing their job, your lower back takes every hit, and that’s why the stiffness always comes back.

So heres my cheat sheet for a bulletproof back.

⭕️Beginner is for you if your back is new to mobility work.

⭕️Intermediate is for you if you’ve been doing daily mobility but your back still feels stuck.

⭕️Advanced is for you if you’re ready to take it to the next level

If your back isn’t the only thing you’re struggling with then comment “QUIZ” 👇 and I’ll send you the quiz to figure out where to start.

Sitting behind a screen all day to pay the rent?

That’s something you can’t control.
But what happens to your spine after, that’s the bit you get to change.

If you spend 80% of your day curled up in a chair, defrost that 🦐 posture with these three drills:

→ Cat cows.
→ Feet-elevated cobra.
→ Dead hang.

Do these daily for a week and you’ll feel the difference 🤍

Don’t you dare tell me you don’t warm up before working out.
Warming up raises your heart rate, gets blood into the joints, and makes the muscles more elastic before you load them. That’s what lowers your injury risk and it’s why you actually get something out of the session instead of grinding through it.

Here’s my go to warmup routine that you can steal.👇

💪 Upper:
Spinal segmentation
Shoulder CARs
Scapular rotations
Butchers block
Deadhang

🤸‍♀️ Lower:
Hip CARs
90/90s
Psoas stretch
Horse stance good morning
Deep squat

I’m 31 and I’m not afraid to admit that:

1️⃣ I don’t have a permanent address, and I’m more scared of that than I let on.

Everything I own that isn’t in a suitcase is in my sisters spare room. From the outside it’s freedom, and most of the time it is. Then a week comes where nothing’s booked past Tuesday and I notice I’m snappy, sleeping badly, and reorganising a kitchen that isn’t mine.

I haven’t solved it. I’ve just started noticing it earlier.

2️⃣ I have ADHD and I’ll still work myself into the ground.

4 days flat out, then a 5th where I can’t answer a message. I’ve started putting that day in the diary before it takes itself.
I’d love to say I’ve got it handled. What I’ve actually got is an earlier warning I ignore about half the time.

3️⃣ Social media is the best and the worst thing that’s ever happened to me.

It built this. Clients I adore, a life I actually chose. Some weeks I overshare and feel exposed. Some weeks I share nothing real and feel like a brochure.

4️⃣ Sometimes I come up with 50 new business ideas and forget to work on the one I already have.

The high is in the start of things. The work is in the middle, and the middle is exactly where I am. Learning to stay there is the hardest thing I do. Harder than the training.

5️⃣ I’m a fitness coach and there are weeks I don’t train.

I do my CARs and morning mobility, I walk and that’s it, especially around travel. Not because I’ve fallen off, but because forcing a session I’ve got nothing for isn’t discipline, it’s ego with a stopwatch.

What I’m learning slowly... the goal was never to be someone with no hard parts. It’s to build a life, and a body, that can carry them without falling over.

If one of those was a bit too accurate, tell me the number. I’d rather know I’m not the only one.

Your spine does so much for you daily and most of us never give it the attention it deserves.

➡️Long hours sitting.
➡️Training that never includes spinal work.
➡️Tension that quietly builds up over time.

The instinct is often to just crack your back and move on.
But what your spine actually needs is slow, controlled movement through every single segment.

These five drills are all banded, all low intensity, all about giving your spine the movement it's been missing:

1 — banded neck CARs
2 — banded scapular CARs
3 — banded jefferson curls
4 — banded scap pushups
5 — banded half kneeling open book

So you sit for 10 hours, grind through the day, and wonder why your hips feel bolted shut by 6pm.

Here’s the trade you actually want: 15–20 minutes, five drills.
That’s all it takes to loosen tight hips, decompress your spine, and get back rotation your body’s been quietly losing.

Go slow.
Breathe through each one.
Let the range open up on its own.

Save this so it’s there when your body starts asking for it. 👇
