In a world that teaches women to shrink, no one teaches you that in the next 24 hours:

Your heart will beat 115,200 times.
Your blood will travel 12,000 miles.
100 billion brain cells will fire.
You'll turn 25 to 30 times in your sleep.
750 major muscles will be used.

All of that requires fuel i.e food.
Your organs alone need 800 calories a day just to keep you alive.
Add temperature regulation, wound healing, hair growth, your menstrual cycle. That's another 400.

1,200 calories a day. Gone. And that's the number women are told to eat.
At a normal 2,000 calorie diet, most of that energy goes to just existing. Keeping the lights on. There's very little left over for building anything. Muscle, bone density, strength, the stuff that actually keeps your body moving well at 45, 55, 65.

So we're not just under-eating, we're under-building because women were never told strength was the priority. We were told to be smaller.

STRENGTH. IS. NOT. OPTIONAL

It's what keeps you getting off the floor without thinking about it.
It's what keeps your joints protected, your posture upright, your body training what you need it to do for the next 30 years.

So, I built an 8-week challenge around three movements for your body to open up everything: Hips, spine, shoulders, ankles. Full-body mobility wrapped inside three goals.

Women walk in stiff and convinced their best years are behind them. Eight weeks later they're doing things they wrote off a decade ago.

Most people think tight hips just need a good stretch. But if that were true… nobody would still be walking around stiff after years of yoga.

Your hips don’t just need length. They need strength, control, and the right drills in the right order.

Especially if you sit for work, lift, run, or just exist in a human body in 2026.

So here are 5 intermediate drills that actually make a difference and you can literally do them anywhere :

1-90/90 Heel Taps
2-Active Butterfly
3-Butterfly to Straddle
4-90/90 to Abduction
5-Wide Stance Good Morning

Go slow. Control the range. Do them like someone who wants to move well in 20 years, not just get through the week.

3 moves. Whole body mobility

Do you feel like your hips are glued shut every time you try to move?
1️⃣You sit all day.
2️⃣Your hip flexors shorten.
3️⃣Your hamstrings tighten.

Then you try to squat and your body fights you. You try to lunge and your knee tracks inward.

You try to get off the floor and everything feels like it’s grinding. Stretching won’t undo this. You need to teach each joint to move through its actual range again.

1️⃣ Half kneeling lunge
2️⃣ Wide stance hip drop
3️⃣ Yoga block hamstring Pull

These three movements hit the exact areas that seize up from sitting. Hip flexors, hips & hamstrings. The whole chain. And they’re the same foundations we use inside the 8-week challenge.

"At 51. I can do a pull-up and a pistol squat. Wow."

That message landed in my inbox and I genuinely didn't know how to respond for a moment.

It's that one word “WOW” that I keep coming back to. The kind you say when your body does something you'd already quietly given up on. Something you'd moved into the "not for me anymore" drawer without really noticing.

That's what I coach for. That exact moment. When a woman looks at what she just did and thinks, I didn't know I was still capable of this. And once you feel it, it doesn't leave you.

She didn't get there by punishing herself. No dreaded sessions, no white-knuckling her way through workouts that left her wrecked for days. She worked inside a structure that was actually built for her body, where it is right now.

I've lost count of how many women have come to me after years of doing everything "right" the early mornings, the heavy sessions, the discipline and still feeling broken and stiff.

One of them said it perfectly: "I didn't realise how much the structure was holding everything together."
