When @angelav0828 came to us a few months ago, she was apprehensive about signing up. She questioned if the process would really work, and we assured her that if she followed our instructions exactly, she would start feeling like herself again but even better.

Form Tips:
-Keep elbows at 45 degree angles
-Try to bring your chest just a few inches above the ground, box, or barbell
-Maintain a neutral spine
-Tuck your pelvis
-Place hands shoulder width apart, or slightly wider
-Imagine pushing the ground, box, or barbell away from you when going back to starting position
