8 week results from our Small Group Strength Training Classes 🔥 Brian was ready to take his body and health up a notch. Here is what he did below: 👇🏼

💪🏼3 days a week of our strength classes. He focused on progressive overload and was pushed to hustle for that muscle! Also, we encouraged him to leave 1-2 reps left in the tank. Meaning at the end of his set he physically should only be able to do maybe 1 or 2 more reps - This encourages muscle growth!
💪🏼Worked with a nutrition & accountability coach. He hit his protein intake & increased his calories (needed to push for heavier sessions & better recovery).
💪🏼Supplemented with protein powder & creatine monohydrate aka lift heavier sooner :)
💪🏼Aimed for 7-9 hours of sleep. Without proper recovery the body can become catabolic and signal stress hormones like cortisol - all of which will slow down muscle growth.
