Team Passos Jiu Jitsu Headquarters Team Passos offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programs for both kids and adults at all skill levels. Choose from beginner, advanced, kids and mixed-level classes.

Team Passos is Northern Virginia's renowned Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training facility. Our mission is to bring world-class Jiu Jitsu instruction and coaching to our students and to provide the tools to reach their personal goals on and off the mat. Classes are offered for men, women, teens and children at all skill levels and physical abilities. In addition to group classes, private lessons are also a

vailable which provides students the dual opportunity to train at their individual experience levels and work with academy members at all levels of mastery. Our curriculum provides a well rounded program of self defense, physical fitness, and personal development.
