I just learned that another small fitness business is closing its doors. This should not be happening when the latest data indicates that 40% percent of U.S. adults are obese. BTW, another 32% are overweight.

GET OFF YOUR ASS AND MOVE!

Your options to have creative ways to workout are being limited because these businesses are going out of business. It isn’t because of a lack of need (obviously) it’s because consumers are increasingly lazy and are not prioritizing HEALTH!
As a PE teacher; I’m telling you that your kids are following your lead. The vast majority of kids can’t run a mile. They can’t perform a push-up, and more disturbingly … they don’t care! Why? Look in the mirror.
My fitness classes are AWESOME and I haven’t had a packed class in YEARS. I’ve never turned away a client because my class was full. But, I witness long lines at every fast food, drive-through, Starbucks, and ice cream shop on a daily basis. 
Do better people.
