This week we farewelled one of our longtime members, Zack ,as he set off on the adventure of a lifetime, a year teaching English in Japan 🇯🇵.

Zack has trained at Exsurgo for over three years and has always been one of the most friendly and welcoming members of the gym. Zack can strike up a conversation with anyone! He's a well loved member of our community and will be very missed!!

Everyone had such a great day yesterday, we are thrilled to host again!! The new generation of HYROX racers starts here!

Today we hosted our very first Youngstars ⭐️ competition and what an event it was!!! We welcomed in the next generation of HYROX racers, who've watched their parents take to the course time and time again and longed to be able to do it themselves.

They were LOVING IT, and the rain didn't water down anyone's fun 🌧😜

The cheering and camaraderie was so heart warming to watch. We can't wait for the next one!!

If your mini hyroxstar is between 9 and 15 then watch this space! Signups for our next event on Saturday September 26th, will go live this coming week!
