Time for a special shoutout📣🌟 This week’s spotlight is dedicated to Kiara! She’s a local of Northern Virginia and attended NoVa and GMU for college. She’s been cycling for 7 years now and instructing for the last 3! Her absolute favorite music to listen to is 2000s club vibes (she’s truly devastated she was only a child during this era🤣). Her best piece of advice for riders, even if it’s cheesy, is to just have fun!! Her first few classes consisted of just peddling her heart away in the back while singing along- sometimes that’s all you need😌

Outside of cycling though, Kiara works as a Community Specialist at Lululemon! Something riders may also not know about her is that she is a huge movie and TV buff! She’s actually very impatient and only watches a series once all of the episodes have been released! Lastly if you ever hear her playing country please check in and see if she’s doing okay😅

It’s time for another Spotlight Sunday🌟 This week we’re showcasing our girl, Maddy💁🏼‍♀️ She’s originally from Madison, Connecticut and attended the University of Maryland for her Undergraduate, but is currently studying at Johns Hopkins University for her Masters! She has been cycling for 5 years and her favorite music to ride to is anything from Pop to Early 2000’s to Fun Remixes or even Hip Hop! Her best piece of advice for riders would be to, “Come as you are! We are here to grow together no matter where you are in your CycleBar journey!”

Outside of cycling though, Maddy teaches K-1 Special Education in an Autism Program! She is currently with her boyfriend Jack and something riders may also not know is that she is training for a Half Marathon! As you can see through her pictures she loves going to the beach, traveling, concerts, coffee shops, reading, happy hours, and game nights with my friends🥰
