SixFour3 (SF3) is a sports brand specializing in girls fastpitch softball. Our first venture is aimed at redefining quality indoor training and player development. The initial prototype facility opened in January 2016 and was met with rave reviews for quality, service and innovation. We hope you will join us for five days of softball and fun. This camp is perfect for all players that want to improve their softball game in a fun environment. Players will be divided into groups with similar skill sets for drills, stations, etc. For those that are beginners or just looking to improve fundamentals - you will be paired with players with a similar a skill set. For those that are more seasoned you will also be paired with girls looking for more intense week of softball. Games such as kickball, relay races, sharks and minnows etc. are often included in the daily program. This camp will feature a large number of SF3 trainers as well as some special guests.

Smaller Ballers is designed for young athletes (ages 5-8) who are new to the game. This event focuses on introducing the fundamentals of softball the right way—helping players develop proper hitting and fielding techniques while reinforcing their skills throughout the week. A Player’s Choice element allows athletes to explore specific positions like Pitcher and Catcher, providing a personalized learning experience. With a fun and engaging atmosphere, this event is the perfect blend of skill development and excitement, setting the foundation for young players to grow in the game!

Friday Fastpitch Live (Feb. 14th) - 8th grade to High School
Friday Fastpitch Live is an exciting opportunity for pitchers, catchers, and hitters to sharpen their skills in a live game-like setting. Pitchers will throw to live hitters, catchers will get valuable reps behind the plate, and hitters will face real-time pitching to refine their approach. Sessions are organized and led by SF3 Trainers Paige Knussman, Stevie Cornet, and others, ensuring a structured and competitive environment. All pitchers and catchers will also have the opportunity to hit, making this a well-rounded training experience for all participants.

SixFour3 inclement weather protocol.

As you know, we are “always open” so it’s unlikely that we would ever close the facility. However, in rare circumstances it is possible that we could close altogether, so in the event of inclement weather, always make sure you check your email and/or our page before you head out. Otherwise, please follow these protocols…

If you have a self-service booking, the decision to go is made at your discretion. If you choose not go, please try and remember to cancel so we are made aware.
If you have an instructor-led booking, please check your email/text before you go. These decisions are made between SF3 and the trainer and we will do our best to let you know as quickly as possible if lessons will be canceled/rescheduled. You can always call or text us before you head out for confirmation... If you need to cancel due to weather, please let us know as soon as possible. In either scenario, your lesson will be credited.
In the event that you decide to travel to SixFour3 in bad weather, please use caution and be safe. Our parking lots and sidewalks should be plowed and salted by our landlord, but conditions could still be slick and dangerous, so be careful.

If you’ve been following along, you might have noticed the SF3 logo proudly placed on the backstop. We are excited to continue working at our goal to promote the game of softball at all levels. It’s been a fantastic start to the NCAA college softball season, showcasing amazing talent and thrilling competition!

But the excitement doesn’t stop here! We’re gearing up to head down to Clearwater, FL next weekend, February 13th to 16th, for the 2025 Shiners Children Clearwater Invitational!

Launching in May 2025, the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) is a professional women’s softball league operating in a traditional format. In its inaugural year, the league will feature four teams competing in a 30-game season with games in 6-8 different cities.

The first Fastpitch Friday Live in Ashburn was a success! We had a fantastic time this past Friday working live in the cages. Pitchers, catchers, and hitters all made great strides and are continuing to get better for spring! We’re excited to have everyone back this Friday!

SixFour3 is thrilled to announce that for the next eight weeks, we will be hosting Friday Fastpitch Live every Friday from January 3rd to February 21st in Ashburn! This event provides pitchers the chance to throw live to hitters, catchers the opportunity for live reps, and hitters the experience of facing live pitching. The sessions will be organized and led by SF3 Trainer Paige Knussman.

Our goal is to keep the competitive spirit alive and help athletes maintain their focus throughout the winter!

All pitchers and catchers will also have the chance to hit.
