Steph has been with us since Day 1 and serves as our Head Coach. As a mom of four, she understands the challenges of balancing family, work, and fitness. She’s passionate about helping others build confidence, strength, and healthy habits, and she brings that energy to every class. Whether you’re new to fitness or chasing big goals, Steph is always ready to support and encourage you.

💪 Why did you become a coach?
Fitness changed my life by teaching me confidence, resilience, and discipline. Now I love helping others discover what they’re capable of too!
🏋️♀️ Favorite Exercise?
Heavy barbell back squats! There’s nothing like moving big weight and feeling strong.
😅 Least Favorite Exercise?
Barbell strict press. I know it’s good for me, but it’s definitely not my favorite!
🥗 Favorite Healthy Meal?
Chicken or turkey, rice, peppers, onions, lettuce, pico, and Greek yogurt. I could eat it every day!
🌯 Favorite Treat Meal?
Mexican food! Give me a burrito, chips, and salsa and I’m happy.
☀️ Hobby Outside the Gym?
Spending time with my four kids, especially beach days, sea glass hunting, and enjoying summer together.
💁🏼♀️Fun Fact:
I can triple roll my tongue ! Random, but fun! Also, I won best dressed in my yearbook superlatives in highschool.
✨ Best Advice for Beginners:
Focus on consistency, not perfection. Small habits repeated daily create lasting results.

I’m a busy mom of four who understands the challenges of balancing life and fitness. I’ve overcome my own struggles with body image and confidence, and I’m here to support you every step of your journey—inside and outside the gym!!
