has really been an amazing weapon in Isabelle’s coaching corner and I can see the results!

We had some fun at the end of our acceleration session with this set up. I gave some mandatory objectives; she had to complete, ex. chip over the objects, weave around the sticks and finish at the end, but the rest is her creativity on how to get through the obstacles. Guide and not over coach, 🔑 to youth athletes having fun, solving problems on their own, and accepting the coaching points when needed.

Acceleration Session:
Free dribbling warm up , jogs, smiles, jokes 😆 then get 🧐…
⚡️Skips, bounds, broad jumps at different angles, seated hurdle jumps.

SL RFE Holds Toe Only 3x20secs per leg

💨 Resisted/Free Sprints 5x1x1x20 yards 2:30 sec between sprints or full recovery. for timing gate purposes. We hit our best speed so far over a 10 yard distance at 12mph
