Mommy and Me is back!

Starting September 16th, Mommy and Me Pilates and Strength begins again on Wednesday mornings. This is a combination class of floor Pilates and standing total body strength designed for moms to bring their children! Open to babies and toddlers and any stage of postpartum (as long as you are cleared by your physician to begin exercise again). Join us!
