We are so excited to announce our newest Ignite Cycle Instructor!! Erin O’Neil, a Plymouth, MA native and recent graduate of The University of Alabama. During her junior year in February 2025, she began training to become a cycle instructor and later earned both her GroupEx and CPR/AED certifications. Since August 2025, she has been teaching multiple classes each week and loves bringing energy, motivation, and community into every ride.

Erin first fell in love with indoor cycling back in 2018 through SoulCycle, drawn to the dark room, motivating lights, upbeat music, and high energy atmosphere. When she moved 1,100 miles away for college, she quickly found that same sense of community again through cycling. Now back home in Plymouth, she is excited to build that community all over again.

Outside of the studio, you can find her watching reality TV, relaxing by the pool, walking her Frenchie, shopping, or trying fun new healthy recipes. Erin is so excited to have found a motivating and uplifting studio in Plymouth and hopes you will come ride with her this summer. Get ready to sweat, move, and grow mentally and physically together!
