On Change and Growth 🌿

Life says change is constant, and lately, I’ve been reflecting on how necessary it really is. The last three years have been a complete rollercoaster—full of those "mountain-top" moments where everything feels peak, and "valley" moments that test our strength and resilience.

It’s in those valleys where the real work happens. It’s where we learn, where we stretch, and where we ultimately grow. It reminds me that no matter the season, we keep moving forward together. Thank you for being part of this journey, thank you for allowing me to be part of yours!🫰🏾💜🫰🏾

I am grateful that our space in every definition of the word, is feeling so positive and "right" lately 🙏🏽

Wow, tonight was absolutely electric! A massive THANK YOU to everyone who brought their energy, their smiles, and their best moves to class.BIG WELCOME to Brit and Vanya, you both did amazing!

We even had a "special guest" from Noise Control drop by to check out our volume—and guess what? They officially gave us the tick of approval! ✅ Turns out we weren't "excessively loud," we were just perfectly hyped! 🔊✨

If anything, knowing we’re officially "regulation-level awesome" just made the party better. You guys stayed fierce and kept the rhythm going without missing a beat.
