What an incredible day at Sovereign Compound! 💪🔥

A huge thank you to and Brothers in Arms for hosting such an epic armwrestling event. Bringing together some of the top armwrestlers from across New Zealand with athletes also travelling over from Australia to be part of it. 🇳🇿🤝🇦🇺

The energy in the gym was unreal. Seeing elite pullers, upcoming athletes, first-timers and supporters all come together under one roof made this an event to remember.

A massive thank you to everyone who travelled, competed, supported and helped make the day what it was. Such an incredible event to have offered our space and bringing the armwrestling community together.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in and supported our Challenge. ❤️

This challenge was about more than fitness—it was about raising awareness for men's mental health, checking in on our brothers, and reminding one another that no one has to struggle alone.

Thank you to everyone who got involved, shared your videos, and helped spread the message. Your support means the world to us here at Sovereign Compound.
