Hi all...moment of truth to show I am very human, and need to look after myself too...even if it's hard or uncomfortable.

With helping many over the decades with fitness goals, massage and improved body function, I allowed myself to slip, telling myself I'd catch up sometime.

In an effort to counter that, and hopefully to inspire others, I will be uploading real moments from my journey to greater health and function to keep me accountable, and to show a real side to moving to greater health. It will be unedited, sometimes confronting, for me and maybe for others too. I encourage you to follow along, share your experiences and challenges too. Who knows, we might just make the world a better place in our own little way.

So...here is my beginning of reclaiming the health and functionality I feel I deserve on the brink of my 50th birthday.
