Join us on Sunday 18 October at 9:30am, meeting at Gail’s Bakery, Worthing, for a relaxed 30-minute walk or run — all abilities welcome.

Afterwards, we’ll head back to Gail’s together for coffee and a pastry (buy a pastry, get your coffee free).
